River Bend is a collection of three Charlotte Mason home educators who joined together to study those subjects that seemed to always get pushed to the back burner.  We are now a newly banded group of 4 instructors. We get together in downtown Lewisville, NC to cover the formal studies of Picture, Poetry, Composer, Hymn with ASL, Shakespeare, and Nature.  We accept all school-aged children.  The teachers are well-versed in the CM approach, and use short, hands-on lessons to engage all learning levels.  Parents are required to assist their student(s) during the instruction as needed, and must bring the needed supplies for their students.  Teachers have plans set for the year, which are available via our facebook group, where we share pictures, videos, resources, and homework.  Only active members of the co-op are allowed in the group for security.
There is a one-time registration fee of $25 per family due 10 SEP 2019.  That is the only fee collected by River Bend for the year.
